Its mechanism of action is through reversible and strong competition to bind to the specific binding site of thrombin fibrin, so that fibrin production is blocked, thereby inhibiting the formation of thrombus. Mechanism of action Dab etexilate mesylate is the prodrug of dab, which is converted into active dabigatrn after being metabolized in the body. Compared with warfarin, dab etexilate mesylate does not require frequent monitoring of coagulation function and dosage adjustment during the treatment process, and there is less interaction between drugs and is not affected by eating, thereby improving the patient's medication compliance.
